Casey Cares Foundation 5K Run/Walk 10/07/2012  Sunday, October 7 at 9 a.m. Lace up your running shoes and mark your calendars for the Casey Cares 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 7! The 3.1 mile run/walk course will begin at Pulse Health and Fitness Club on York Road in Sparks, Md. and also includes a 1-mile Family Fun Walk. Teams and families are especially encouraged to participate. A $250 prize will be awarded for the top male and top female finishers! New this year, we are very excited to announce our partnership with Baltimore Orioles outfielder Nick Markakis and his wife Christina. The Markakis Family shares our mission of providing support to deserving children in our local community, and as race ambassadors they will kick off the event and lend their support to our cause. Entry Fees: Register before September 1 and receive a free ticket to the Baltimore Orioles home game September 28!
Packet Pick-up Race Day Help us do more for the families in our programs by creating a fundraising page! You can raise funds as an individual, or join a team. The first 25 fundraisers to create a page will receive a Nick Makakis bobblehead, plus there will be a prize for the top fundraising team!
