Snooze Button Runner: Interested in supporting a great cause all from the comfort of your own bed? Then the Snooze Button Runner category is for you! Pay the regular registration fee, pick up your T-shirt at one of the designated packet pick-up locations and stay in bed on race day!

NEW this year: Kids Fun Run! After the 5K, there will be a kids fun run starting at 9:30 am. Kids will do one loop around Padonia Park Club and will finish across the race finish line (roughly 0.6 mile distance). All kids fun run participants will receive a medal for participation. (Kids who enter the fun run may also participate in the family fun walk)

Back again this year: Fundraise $50 or more and get free race registration. Set up a fundraising page, raise $50 or more in pledges and then complete a mail-in registration form and your entry will be free.

Team Registration: Register as a team captain, create your team name and invite friends, family, or coworkers to join you as you run or walk for kids with genetic disorders. There will be prizes for the largest team and the team that raises the most money.

Race Amenities: Each registered participant will receive a race T-shirt (youth and adult sizes available). Sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed for registrations processed October 10 and after; post-race refreshments provided for all participants; Kids Fun Zone, including moon bounce, face painting, games with prizes, balloon animals and more; costume contest with prizes; many random prize drawings.

This is the most family-friendly race in town! Bring the whole family for a fun-filled morning!

Awards: Awards will be given to the top three male and the top three female finishers overall.

Race Pledges: We hope you will help raise additional funds for the Miracle for Megan Foundation by seeking pledge money from family, friends and colleagues. You can download and print a pledge form from this site or visit Active.com to set up an online donation page. Prizes will be given to the top five fundraisers overall!

To Benefit: The Miracle for Megan Foundation, an organization created to raise awareness, increase research, and develop optimal treatment methods for people with genetic disorders.

A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
