Run to Remember 5K/1-mile Walk (Baltimore, MD) 09/11/2011 Sunday, Sept. 11 at 8:46 a.m. Entry Fees Packet Pick-up: Thursday, Sept. 8 Friday, Sept. 9 Saturday, Sept. 10 Race Day It is recommended you attend a packet pick-up session to ensure your shirt size, as sizes are not guaranteed on race day. Course: The 5K course (USATF Certification No. MD02010JS) starts in front of the Baltimore City police headquarters on Fayette Street. Run east on Fayette to President St. Turn right. Follow President St. to Pratt St., cross over to water side (south side) and follow to Light St. Turn left onto Light (against traffic), and follow to Key Highway. Follow Key Hwy to Webster St. and turn right. Webster to Fort Ave. and turn right. Follow Fort Ave. to William St. and turn right. Follow William St. to Warren Ave. Turn right and follow Warren Ave. to finish at Federal Hill Park.
Directions and Parking: Parking available in the morning at garages near the start or the end. You may park near the start or finish and take a short walk to either. Amenities: bag check; water and time splits on course; post-race refreshments on Federal Hill Awards: top law enforcement, top fire agency, top Baltimore City law enforcement and fire as well as top military award winners will receive $75. All awards are equal male and female. Top three males and females in each of the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
