Dynamic Warm-up, Strengthening and Flexibility for Runners

Location: Charm City Run at McHenry Row, 1713 Whetstone Way, Baltimore, MD 21230

This will be an interactive session during the first weeknight run for CCR’s Fall Half Marathon training group. Come out and try running with the group while learning from MedStar’s expert physical therapy running specialists.
