Full Marathon Training
Train smart so you can confidently complete your 26.2 goal.
You have more than likely made it to this page because you have either just signed up for a marathon or are seriously considering it. Congrats on such a big step in achieving a really cool goal that not many people in the world accomplish. After signing up and committing to a 26.2 mile race, training is the next step and we think you have come to the right place.
At Charm City Run our goal is to safely train people new or advanced to their goals of everything from finishing their first marathon to reaching a PR and everything in between. The journey is just as important as the race and we want to make it a fun and enjoyable experience which is why we think the group atmosphere is the way to train for a long run. Each group will meet twice a week for 18 weeks to learn about long runs, tempo runs, track workouts, easy runs, recovery runs, hydration, injury prevention, and much more.
It's not too late to join winter marathon training! This group targets races in March such as Rock 'n' Roll DC and Shamrock. Click below for more details.
