Fall Ultra Marathon Training
Starts July 21st!
Are you aiming to tackle a longer distance race? Our ultra marathon training groups meet twice a week for 16 weeks for runs and learn about hydration, trail running, easy runs, recovery runs, hydration, nutrition, injury prevention and much more along the way. Weekday runs will consist of hills and track workouts. Saturday morning runs will be trail runs at local parks, unless weather forces us to stay on the roads.
This group is open to all levels and paces, with beginner, intermediate and advanced training plans available. However, please read the requirements below to ensure you are ready to safely start ultra marathon training.
This session will start July 21st and end November 10th. Check below for practice days and times at your location.
Target Race: The Rosaryville 50K on Saturday November 10th or any other ultra marathon in the same time frame.
To safely meet your goal we do ask that you have completed at least one marathon distance and have a strong base level of running under your belt. We ask that you are able to run 10 miles at least once before the start for the program. Are you not sure if you meet these requirements? Don’t worry, ask the coach at your location on the information night.

Want to learn more about our Fall Ultra Marathon Training? Sign up for an informational session at Charm City Run Timonium on Tuesday, June 19th at 6:30pm. The info session will give you a chance to learn more about the program and ask your coach questions. Registered or not, you are also welcome to attend the first day of training to get a feel for the group.
