Ericka was thrilled to combine two of her passions, running and business, by joining the Charm City Run team.  After being introduced to the store through the Shamrock 5k race and then going on to join their middle distance training group, she was drawn to the spirit that is Charm City Run and knew she had to become a part of it.  She started out by managing the Timonium location and is now our apparel buyer for all 5 locations and oversees all of our global marketing.   Prior to joining the Charm City Run family, Ericka spent over 7 years in the recruiting industry for the Mergis Group. 
 
Ericka is a graduate of James Madison University and grew up playing field hockey and lacrosse.  Her passion for running came after graduation when she needed a new challenge to satisfy her competitive spirit.   She started with a 5k and has since completed the marathon distance.  She loves a good race, but really enjoys getting out there and running with anyone who wants the company.   Cheering others on to reach their goals is what she loves best.
