I wanted to thank you again for helping me find the right pair of shoes. Even though I am not a runner, I spend at least an hour doing cardio to help with my bodybuilding career. Walking with a prosthetic leg is hard enough, but walking with a prosthetic and the wrong pair of shoes is a disaster. I am actually looking forward to my workout tomorrow.

Very impressed with the selection of footwear and appreciated the straight forward assistance offered by the sales people. This means my next pair of shoes will be purchased at Charm City Run. Just have to run a few dozen 5k's and I'll be back.

My experience at your store today was what inspired me to write to you. I was helped by a brunette young woman (sorry I never got her name, because I'd love to give her credit!). She was so patient with me, as I debated between the Asics Nimbus 10 and the Brooks Glycerin 6. I finally decided to buy the Brooks shoe, but after a 4 mile run immediately after the purchase, I knew the Brooks shoe wasn't for me. I went back to the store, explained that I'd had problems with the Brooks, and she exchanged them for the Asics without so much as a question (or even a hard look at the shoes I'd worn!). That just impressed me so much.

I had the opportunity to stop in the Bel Air store on Sunday around 4pm. Even though I tried my best to arrive prior to closing I was there several minutes after 4. I was very disappointed to say the least after I saw the closed sign on the front door.
However, all that changed when a young man, Brad, opened the door and invited me in. Even after I stated I could return tomorrow he said it was not a problem and he would be happy to take care of me. We entered the store and he proceeded to answer my questions and fit me with a new pair of Brooks.
Being a novice runner his advice was priceless and his service outstanding. I was referred to your store by my neighbors and their portrayal of your business was spot on. Myself and my family will be loyal customers going forward.

On 11/22/09 the Physical Therapy class of 2010 from Neumann University visited the Salvation Army at Chester, PA and performed a foot screen for local residents. Your help in supplying gently worn shoes added to the success of the day!
On this day, my classmates and I provided information about common foot problems (blisters, bunions, hammertoes, etc.) and how to manage the health of one’s feet. We also cleaned and inspected their feet! Much of what the individuals were wearing included over-worn, unsupportive, and poorly fitting shoes.
Offering replacement footwear, generously provided by CCR, helped these individuals increase not only their comfort but also their spirit.
Thank you, again, for your very appreciated assistance in providing a very useful service. Our services and your shoes, combined, were extremely beneficial. It meant a great deal to the community residents to know that people cared.
