The 2018 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Harrisburg features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids' Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer

Race Day Volunteer - No Fee (Come out and help us the day of the race.)
All fees except Snooze for Dudes and Race Day Volunteer will increase $5 after online registration is closed. Online registration will close the week of the race.

5:30 p.m. : Welcome and Opening Remarks
5:45 p.m. : Kids Dash Superhero Dash for Dad Start
6:00 p.m. : 5K Run/Walk Start
6:05 p.m. : 1 Mile Walk Start
The course will start on City Island and progress around the island and across the Walnut Street Bridge over the Susquehanna River. Participants will proceed north along the river bank and turn around at the Sunken Gardens and head back to City Island. The finish line will be at the end of the Walnut Street Bridge on City Island.
Strollers are not permitted in the 5K, but are permitted in the one-mile fun walk. Bikes, roller blades and scooters are also not permitted on the course.
There is ample free parking available on City Island.
Each participant receives a commemorative T-shirt and gift bag. Refreshments will be provided.
Awards are given to the top three males and females overall, as well as the top male and female in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
The funds raised from 2018 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Harrisburg are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer. No other prostate cancer charity spends more per dollar on programs - more than 84 cents. ZERO puts every donation to good use.
Please no roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets or headphones allowed on the race course. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your number to another participant.
