Join us for an in-store yoga class with local instructor Karen Dubs at Charm City Run Timonium. Class will include a restorative yoga sequence and a stretch routine that you can use after your runs. We will end with a talk that will cover tips for incorporating yoga, superfoods and self-care into your training program. All participants will also take home a FREE Flexible Warrior Yoga DVD.
This class is donation-based with a suggested donation of $20 for TRU Rescue, a non-profit, volunteer-based animal rescue organization in Phoenix, Maryland. Please bring your cash donation to the event.

Spots for class are limited so RVSP to reserve your spot. Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Cash donations for TRU Rescue will be accepted at the event.
After the class, to support you with adding in more yoga, superfoods and self-care, join Karen Dubs and CCR coach Katie Heyl for a FREE Flexibility for Warriors Yoga, Superfoods & Self-Care for Runners Online Challenge (August 11th - 17th). Most of the yoga segments are 10-15 minutes of post-run yoga stretching along with quick and healthy superfood-based recipes. To participate, request to join the Flexibility for Warriors private Facebook group and subscribe to the Flexible Warrior YouTube channel (where you'll have access to all the videos).
