Take a break from running and treat yourself to a yoga class. Yoga is a great way to cross-train and fine tune the muscles you don't use as often to compliment your running. It can also increase your flexibility, build your strength and help you relax. Join us for a one hour class geared towards runners of all levels. Your body will thank you!
