Join us for a circuit style cross training workout at Charm City Run Frederick. Coach John Leonardis will lead you through circuits of short sprints and body weight exercises. This is the perfect way to try a new style of workout and add cross training into your routine. Whether you are a runner, fitness lover and or total beginner - all levels are welcome! This workout will be fun! After we are done with the workout, we'll enjoy breakfast in the store.
Please wear comfortable running or athletic shoes and dress for an outdoor workout. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the workout to inside the store.
