Winter Injury Clinic for Runners

  • Charm City Run

Cold winter temperatures can lead to increased injuries and tight muscles on the run. Make sure you stay healthy and strong in the coming months with a one-on-one physical therapy consultation at your local Charm City Run. All locations will be hosting clinics with local doctors and physical therapists.

You will have the opportunity to meet with a professional who will assess your injuries, discuss injury prevention techniques and suggest treatment plants during a 10-15 minute session.

In Columbia, there will be an additional opportunity to register for an advanced running assessment in store with Physiotherapy Associates. During a 20-30 session, a physical therapist will use dorsaVi technology to film you on the treadmill while you wear sensors. This session will also include a corrective plan based on your video results. Please sign-up for this special opportunity below.

Annapolis, Baltimore and Columbia will have appointments from 8-10am.

Timonium will have appointments from 8:30-11:30am.
