Join Charm City Run coach Lizzy Peper and certified personal trainer Sara Sellito for summer speed and strength workouts every Monday night in June! We'll meet at Patterson Park at 6:30pm and kick off the workout with a body weight strength session (feel free to bring a yoga mat or a towel for this part) that will activate and build your glutes, hips, core and upper body. Part two of the workout will be a running interval workout designed to help you increase your speed and build mental confidence.
This workout can be adapted to all levels and is perfect if you're training for a fall race or just looking to switch up your regular running routine. Speed and strength work will help you get faster and stronger and we'll have a lot of fun at the same time!
We will meet at the corner of Linwood Ave. and Eastern Ave. near the smaller section of Patterson Park.
