9th Annual Run Wild for Autism 5K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run & Walk

The 9th Annual Run Wild for Autism 5K & 1 MIle Fun Run & Walk is now sold out as we have reached the event capacity.

Join over 1,500 attendees at this family-friendly event to benefit Pathfinders for Autism! Professionally managed by Charm City Run, this 5K course meanders through The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore and the adjacent Druid Hill Park. There is also a 1 Mile Fun Run and Walk, allowing for athletes of all levels to participate. 


All registrations include access to the post-race celebration with refreshments, animal ambassadors, music, children’s activities, autism information, awards, and FREE admission to the Zoo! 5k registrations include chipped race entry

The race will start and end at the Maryland Zoo. The course will meander through Druid Hill Park after completing a loop through the zoo.

Pathfinders for Autism is a statewide organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families. The organization was founded in 2000 by the parents of children with autism, including Baltimore Orioles Hall of Famer William "B.J." Surhoff and his wife Polly Winde Surhoff. Pathfinders for Autism works to support and improve the lives of individuals affected by autism through expansive, individualized programming, and by providing resources, training, information and activities free of charge.
