Join us for a yoga class geared towards runners at Charm City Run Fells Point! It's the perfect way to shake up your usual running routine, gain flexibility or give yourself an hour to relax.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and a water bottle with you.
We are excited to have Paul Shapiro leading our yoga class. Paul is a professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. He completed his 200 hour teacher training at Yoga on York, Baltimore, in 2013 and taught classes there from 2011-2017. Paul currently teaches yoga classes at Christopher Place Employment Academy. An avid runner, cyclist, and somewhat slow swimmer, Paul has participated in numerous races over the years including more than 35 marathons and 4 Ironman triathlons. Paul is a strong believer that yoga can benefit all aspects of our personal and professional lives.
