Rock Your Socks 5K

The Rock Your Socks 5K is a family-friendly event that welcomes all ages for a morning of wild socks and team spirit to help children without homes.

Register as an individual or create a team! Join us at Lake Montebello for a sock-rockin' 5K and 1.5-mile family fun lap.

Together, let's give children and families thecare and support they need to secure better health and a safe place to call home.


Early Race Registration (through September 30): $30.00

Regular Registration (through noon November 1): $40.00

Same Day Registration: $45.00
Every registrant has the opportunity to fundraise!

*Children in strollers do not need to register to participate.
**There are no refunds of entry given or transfers of entry permitted for this event.

Collect your bib and socks at Lake Montebello on race day | 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.


  • Fundraising challenges + prizes leading up to race day

  • Rockin' socks to wear on race day (while supplies last)

  • Water, cheer stations and music

  • Post-run celebration village with music and donuts!

  • Awards for top team and individual fundraisers, fastest runners and wildest socks

  • Individual fundraisers get great prizes for reaching $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,500


Parking will be available in the two parking lots by Lake Montebello Elementary Middle School until full. You can also find street parking on Whitman Drive (from 33rd Street entrance) or on Hillen Road.
