About the Instructor
Christi Darcy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, who has also been teaching group fitness since 2013. A lifelong struggle with her weight allowed her to learn about nutrition and fitness from her middle school years. After having 3 kids and dealing with knee/back/neck issues of a 5’10” frame, she understands how to become functional and strong while working with present limitations. Christi’s background also includes a major in Environmental Science, which allows her to take that scientific perspective into her personal training and functional movement philosophy. Christi also teaches PiYO and Stand Up Paddleboarding.
