Join us for an Into to PiYO class at Charm City Run Annapolis! It's the perfect way to give this new, popular fitness class a try. This session will be led by Christi Darcy. PiYO is a powerful fusion of Pilates and Yoga inspired moves with an athletic twist and amped-up pace for serious fat burning cardio, strengthening and stretching all in 1 hour! It's the perfect crosstrainer for runners to get stretching, balance and core work.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel with you and come ready to sweat and have fun!
*Modifications will be given for all levels, however if pregnant, its best to wait until after baby is born.

About Christi Darcy
Christi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, who has also been teaching group fitness since 2013. A lifelong struggle with her weight allowed her to learn about nutrition and fitness from her middle school years. After having 3 kids and dealing with knee/back/neck issues of a 5’10” frame, she understands how to become functional and strong while working with present limitations. Christi’s background also includes a major in Environmental Science, which allows her to take that scientific perspective into her personal training and functional movement philosophy. Christi also teaches Stand Up Paddleboarding.
