Whether you just completed a race at the Baltimore Running Festival OR you just need some dedicated extra recovery time during your running training, this clinic is for you. Your appointment will include a injury screening if applicable and advice for developing a personalized recovery plan. Proper recovery will ensure you can get back to running more quickly and effectively and stay healthy and injury-free along the way.

Melanie Flax is a physical therapist and co-owner of MotionEdge Physical Therapy. With an extensive background working with athletes of all types, Melanie knows the importance of providing highly specialized care to improve physical function. Melanie aspires to provide individualized treatment to all in need in order to allow you to reach the finish line feeling your best!
