Prepare to race in the Frederick Running Festival by joining with us for a shakeout routine on Friday night. We'll meet at If The Shoe Fits at 6pm and run 2-3 easy miles to Sol Yoga.
Once we arrive, Yogi Shelley Pentony will guide us through a stretching yoga sequence and a short meditation session. Haven't tried yoga or meditation before? Here's your chance to experiment! Newbies and all levels welcome. Shelley will also share strategies and approached to continuing your practice.

We will finish up the evening with a quick .3 mile walk back to If The Shoe Fits. This combination of running, stretching yoga and soothing meditation will ensure you are physically and mentally ready to tackle your weekend race at the Frederick Running Festival!
Please come dressed in workout clothing comfortable for both running and yoga.
