Have you always wondered how to use a foam roller? Or, are you looking to pick up some new tricks to add into your post-run rolling routine?
Spend the morning with us and Coach Deirdre in the Locust Point store to learn how to properly integrate foam rolling into your fitness routine! Foam rolling is a great way for runners to achieve muscle relaxation and prevent injury. Non-runners can also benefit from increased mobility and decreased pain.
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a foam roller. Rollers will also be available to purchase in the store.
