Have you always wondered how to use a foam roller? Or, are you looking to pick up some new tricks to add into your post-run rolling routine?
Spend the morning with us at any Charm City Run location to learn how to properly integrate foam rolling into your fitness routine! Foam rolling is a great way for runners to achieve muscle relaxation and prevent injury. Non-runners can also benefit from increased mobility and decreased pain.
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a foam roller. Rollers will also be available to purchase in the store.

Meet The Experts
Bel Air: Amy Morlock
Amy Morlock is in her fourth year as a physical therapist at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Bel Air, MD. She has her doctorate in physical therapy and her orthopedic clinical specialist certification. In addition to being a physical therapist, she is in her fourteenth year as a swim lesson instructor at the Bel Air Athletic Club. Amy was a Division I swimmer in college and enjoys participating in many local running races.
Bel Air: Samantha King
Samantha King is a physical therapist at Drayer Physical Therapy in Bel Air, MD. She is a recent graduate from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, with her doctorate in physical therapy. She received her bachelors’ degree in exercise science and was a division II collegiate lacrosse player at Bloomsburg University. Sam enjoys spending her free time playing lacrosse, exercising, and participating in the local fitness classes and running races.
