Are you in the midst of winter training or gearing up for spring training? This clinic is the perfect opportunity to learn how to use a foam roller to supplement your running routine.
Spend the morning with us and Coach Dawn in the Timonium store to learn how to properly integrate foam rolling into your fitness routine! Foam rolling is a great way for runners to achieve muscle relaxation and prevent injury. Non-runners can also benefit from increased mobility and decreased pain.
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a foam roller. Rollers will also be available to purchase in the store.
