Whether you're training for a marathon or your first 5K, or just running for fun this fall, yoga is the perfect compliment to running. Join us for class at Charm City Run Timonium, taughter by Karen Dubs. This 60 minute all-level class will incorporate breathing techniques to calm pre-race jitters as well as stretches to open up tight hips and hamstrings and restorative poses to support your recovery.
All attendees will also receive a FREE Flexible Warrior Yoga DVD to take home!
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.
This class will be donation based in support of Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS). Please bring cash with you to the class if you wish to donate. If you can't attend class, you can still donate and receive a free Flexible Warrior DVD.
