Happy Holidays! Take a break from the craziness of the season with a yoga class at the store followed by a cookie tour in Harbor East. Jenna Scott from CorePower Yoga will lead a 45 minute class at the store for all levels. After you're done, we'll have Clif Bar samples for you to enjoy. Then, you can head over to the other shops in Harbor East to participate in the Cookie Tour from 6 to 9pm! It's the perfect way to get moving before you indulge in some yummy holiday treats and explore the local shops.
Spots are limited so RSVP below to claim your spot! Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and a water bottle with you for class.
About the Cookie Tour
Join us on a delicious cookie quest through Harbor East where there will be music in the air and sweet treats around every corner! Participating neighborhood shops will each feature a unique bite-sized holiday confection. $5 reserves your spot on the “tour” and includes one cookie at each shop, a signature Cookies & Carols ornament, and free parking for the evening. Plus enjoy complimentary photos with Santa Claus ($5 suggested donation), carolers and a festive cocktail bar! Meet Jenna Scott
Jenna has a passion for health and fitness and believes that it is a lifestyle choice and comittment. Jenna has competed NPC fitness competions as well as the Baltimore Running festival for the past six years. She loves to share her passion of fitness and health with others. Jenna has been a NASM certified personal trainer for over five years. Jenna focuses on a strength based training a approach and a holistic nutrition plan for her clients. In addition to Personal Training, Jenna is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and teaches at Corepower Yoga in Baltimore. She found that yoga was the missing puzzle piece that she needed in her fitness journey to learn the mind body connection and the power of breath. Jenna enjoys to spread yoga and fitness with the community by volunteering to teach yoga to Baltimore Refugee Youth Project and by being an active member of the Pacing for Parkinson's running comittee.
