Run 12 glorious miles down Baltimore's historic street! Please join us, and Under Armour for the 5th running of the Under Armour Charles Street 12 presented by KELLY and 2-Person Relay presented by HEX.



The Under Armour Charles Street 12 presented by KELLY and 2-Person Relay presented by HEX is the 3rd race in the Under Armour B3 Distance Series presented by KELLY.

Full registration has ended for this year’s B3 distance series. Although if you have already signed-up for this year’s Shamrock 5K you can still upgrade into the B3 series. Upgrade today and receive all race premiums and an additional B3 premium as well as medals from each race!

$75 until 11:59 PM on 12/31/18 ($50 per person for Relay)
$85 until 11:59 PM on 3/31/19  ($55 per person for Relay)

$115 until 11:59 PM on  8/30/19 ($70 per person for Relay)
$125 on race day ($75 per person for Relay)

**Bus transportation is included in registration fee. Please note: There is no parking at the start line. The provided bus transportation takes participants from the finish line area at Under Armour World Headquarters to the start line (or relay exchange point) PRIOR TO THE RACE START. Relay participants completing the first leg of the race will receive bus transportation to the finish line at Under Armour World Headquarters. There is no bus transportation from Under Armour World Headquarters back to the start line at Kenilworth post race.

*If you wish for someone else to pick up your packet for you, they must present a written note of permission from you.


2019 Premiums to be announced soon!


Awards will be given to the top three overall males and females, top male and female masters, and the top three males and females in the following age groups: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over. An award will be given to the top three relay teams overall.

Course map:

The 2019 Under Armour Charles Street 12 presented by KELLY and 2-Person Relay presented by HEX will finish at an epic post-race celebration on Under Armour's World Headquarters in Locust Point!


  • START at The Shops at Kenilworth and

  • Run East to Bosley Avenue.

  • Turn RIGHT onto Bosley and continue to Towsontown Blvd.

  • Turn RIGHT onto Towsontown and move immediately to the LEFT.

  • Turn LEFT onto Osler and continue to Stevenson Lane.

  • Turn RIGHT onto Stevenson and continue to Charles Street.

  • Turn LEFT onto Charles St and continue to Lee Street.

  • Turn LEFT onto Lee Street and continue to Light Street.

  • Turn RIGHT on Light Street and continue to Key Highway.

  • Turn LEFT on Key Highway and continue on Key Highway to Key Highway Extension.

  • Bear LEFT onto Key Highway Extension and continue on Key Highway Extension to TidePoint.

  • FINISH in front of Under Armour.


All participants will receive a finishers medal.

Bag Check:

We will have a bag check at The Shops at Kenilworth (start line) and at the relay exchange point. The bags will be transported to the finish line at Under Armour Campus (finish line).

Post Race Celebration:

We will be finishing at Under Armour's World Headquarters in Locust Point.

The Beer Garden:

Runners 21+  will have a tear-off beer tag to be used to "pay" for your beer of choice. Please bring cash for any additional drinks. More details coming soon!

The Band:

There is no parking at the start at Kenilworth. Friends and family members may drop off runners at the start.

Some parking is available on Under Armour's campus on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please plan to arrive early if you would would like to park on-site. Parking attendants will be on campus to direct you to the nearest lot with availability (please see the map below for parking options outlined in red).

Some parking is available in the garage at McHenry Row on a first come, first serve basis. Under Armour's campus is less than a mile away on foot. 

Street parking is available in Locust Point, but please pay attention to the parking signs and be courteous our neighbors. We highly encourage carpooling, or utilizing Uber or Lyft. 

Buses will begin running from the Under Armour campus beginning at 5:30 am. The last bus will leave downtown Baltimore promptly at 6:45 am.

Transfer and Deferral Policy:

We allow transfers and deferral's up to two weeks prior to race day. There is a $10 processing fee for both transfers and deferrals. The transfer processing fee is paid by the "new registrant" and the deferral fee is paid for by the "deferring registrant". If you choose to defer your registration until next year, we will send you a registration code post race that can be used to register for next year race. You may do both by going into your profile on and choosing manage registration. Transfers and Deferrals will not be allowed after August 17th.

Event Guidelines: 

Please no baby joggers, strollers, roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets or headphones allowed on the race course. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your race number to another participant.
