Add some strength training to your weekend workout! Join us for a run and bootcamp with our friends at the MAC in Harbor East. We'll start our run from the Fells Point store at 11:15am and warm up for about a mile. Once we arrive at the MAC, we'll enjoy a bootcamp class led by Mike O'Brien, NSCA certified personal trainer. After class, we'll finish with a short .5 mile cool down run back to the store.
Mike O'Brien is a personal trainer at the MAC who focuses on mixed martial arts, high intensity training, weight loss, athletic performance, strength training, flexibility and mobility and plyometric training.
