Meet the Instructors
Lauren Hilinski is the Operations Manager at The Bar Method Baltimore. She grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has been living in Baltimore City for over 10 years. Lauren was a dancer all throughout childhood and college, and worked as a dance instructor and choreographer for 12 years. For the past two years, Lauren has been teaching at The Bar Method Baltimore where she is able to continue to empower her clients with health and fitness. On top of that, she earned a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and regularly shares her nutrition knowledge with The Bar Method clients to further support their fitness and wellness goals.
Stephanie Kagan is the Studio Director for The Bar Method Baltimore. She has been teaching since 2012 and was recently selected to be a Bar Method National Coach. She was an avid non-enthusiast of exercise before she experienced The Bar Method's transformational results and is now passionate about supporting others along their path to mastery inside the studio and translating that strength to their outside lives. Stephanie is a native Marylander and mother of a toddler and two hairless cats.
