Congratulations, you crossed the finish line at the Baltimore Running Festival! Whether you just completed your first 5K or your 10th marathon, all are welcome to celebrate and recover with us the day after the Festival.
We'll have guided stretching and foam rolling to help your sore muscles recover, plus breakfast and plenty of mimosas.
Come with stories from the race to share and feel free to wear your race shirt!
Please bring a foam roller and a mat or towel.

Meet Our Special Guests
Matt Backert, Certified Personal Trainer and co-owner of Kore Bootcamps, will be leading stretching and foam rolling during the event in Bel Air. Matt is also Founder of Backert Sports & Fitness, a personal training, nutrition, and sports company. Matt is also a Certified Sports Performance Coach and works with many area athletes to help them take their sport to the next level. In addition to working in fitness, Matt has served as a local High School Baseball Coach and is the Founder and Director of the Maryland Baseball Club, a premier amateur travel/club baseball program.
Jenna Scott will be leading a slow-paced, stretching yoga flow and foam rolling for this event at Charm City Run Fells Point. Jenna has a passion for health and fitness and believes that it is a lifestyle choice and comittment. Jenna has competed in NPC fitness competions as well as the Baltimore Running Festival for the past six years. She loves to share her passion of fitness and health with others. Jenna has been a NASM certified personal trainer for over five years. Jenna focuses on a strength based training a approach and a holistic nutrition plan for her clients. In addition to Personal Training, Jennais a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and teaches at Corepower Yoga in Baltimore. She found that yoga was the missing puzzle piece that she needed in her fitness journey to learn the mind body connection and the power of breath. Jenna enjoys to spread yoga and fitness with the community by volunteering to teach yoga to Baltimore Refugee Youth Project and by being an active member of the Pacing for Parkinson's running committee.
Tim Adamko will be leading the stretching and foam rolling portion of this event in Locust Point. He will also discuss how to utilize a post-race running program. Tim heads NovaCare's wellness program in the Baltimore area and treats many local athletes.
Karen Dubs will be leading the gentle recovery streching and foam rolling portion of this event in Timonium. Karen has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is a registered yoga teacher, a holistic health coach and a doTerra wellness advocate, specializing in helping athletic, Type A’s create more balanced, pain-free, flexible minds and bodies by incorporating an anti-inflammatory superfood diet along with essential oils, supplements and simple self-care techniques.
