We invite everyone to join us for the 8th annual Red Hot Run 5K and Family Fun Walk. Grab your family, co-workers, neighbors and friends for this exciting community event. Don’t miss out! Be sure to stay for the post-race Family Fun Fest with awards, games, massages, moon bounce, refreshments, snacks, face painting and a photo booth. Most free of charge! Proceeds from the Red Hot Run support The Fund for Roland Park Country School. The money raised will immediately be put to work enhancing programs, supporting faculty, and giving our students the tools they need to take risks and dream big.
$35 registration through April 20
$25 registration through April 20 for RPCS Alumnae/Employees (($10 will be subtracted from the $35 regular fee during the registration process)
$10 for children 12 and under
$40 on race day
All runners registered by April 4 will receive a technical race shirt. Shirts not guaranteed after this date.
Not an early bird? You can still support the event. Sleep in and stay at home!
Register as a SLEEPY PEPPER by April 4, pay the above fees and get a shirt (upon request).

Race goody bags will be distributed to the first 200 adult participants at packet pick-up sessions and on race day while supplies last.

5K Run Only (Family Fun Walk is untimed)
Awards will be given to the top three male/female overall finishers and the top male/female finishers in each of the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards will also be given to the top male/female employee, top male/female RPCS parent, top alumna and top RPCS student. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU QUALIFY FOR MULTIPLE CATEGORIES, YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE FOR AWARD PURPOSES. ONLY THOSE WHO MAKE A SELECTION AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED.
There will be a special memento for all children ages 12 and under who are registered by April 4 regardless of whether they are registered for the 5K or the Family Fun Walk.
Create a Team: (min of five - teams must consist of five or more people to be recognized on race day)
Gather family, neighbors, friends and co-workers to create a team. Choose a team name – be creative! Teams with 20 or more participants will have the team name included on the back of the run shirts. Please note there will NOT be separate team shirts. The largest overall team will be recognized at the Family Fun Fest and the team name will be engraved on the Red Hot Run trophy permanently on display at RPCS. The largest RPCS team will have a team picture featured in the spring Laurel Leaf. Team members must be registered by April 4 to qualify for the shirts. NO ADDITIONS OR CHANGES AFTER THIS DATE.
Please note that team pictures will be taken prior to the race at 8:10 am.

The participant or team showcasing the most SPIRIT will be recognized at the Family Fun Fest and a picture of the winner will be included on the 2019 Red Hot Run poster. Be creative! Put on your festive RPCS red or come up with a fun theme!
