Real talk: there are certain things you only talk about on the run with other runners. We've invited a few local experts to talk to us about women's specific issues so you can get the answers to all the questions you've ever asked about a healthy eating and running mentality, incontinence, chafing and more.
We'll also have a yogurt parfait bar, coffee and mimosas for you to enjoy during our discussion.
