Congratulations, you crossed the finish line at the Baltimore Running Festival! Whether you just completed your first 5K or your 10th marathon, all are welcome to join us for post-race yoga at Fells Point. Jenna Scott, yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga and a runner herself, will be leading the class.
All levels are welcome for yoga, including beginners! This class will be all about recovering and stretching your sore muscles.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

About Jenna Scott
Jenna has a passion for health and fitness and believes that it is a lifestyle choice and comittment. Jenna has competed in NPC fitness competions as well as the Baltimore Running Festival for the past six years. She loves to share her passion of fitness and health with others. Jenna has been a NASM certified personal trainer for over five years. Jenna focuses on a strength based training a approach and a holistic nutrition plan for her clients. In addition to Personal Training, Jenna is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and teaches at Corepower Yoga in Baltimore. She found that yoga was the missing puzzle piece that she needed in her fitness journey to learn the mind body connection and the power of breath. Jenna enjoys to spread yoga and fitness with the community by volunteering to teach yoga to Baltimore Refugee Youth Project and by being an active member of the Pacing for Parkinson's running committee.
