Take a break from running and treat yourself to a donation-based yoga class in our Frederick store brought to you by our friends at Sol Yoga. Yoga is a great way to cross-train and fine tune the muscles you don't use as often to compliment your running. It can also increase your flexibility, build your strength and help you relax. Join us for a one hour class geared towards runners of all levels. Your body will thank you!
This class is free, but part of the Good Cause Program at Sol Yoga. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the Frederick United Way. (If you'd like to donate, please bring cash to place in the donation box.)
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel.
