Take a break from running and treat yourself to a yoga class in Belvedere Square. Yoga is a great way to cross-train and fine tune the muscles you don't use as often to compliment your running. It can also increase your flexibility, build your strength and help you relax. Join us for a one hour class geared towards runners of all levels. Your body will thank you!
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel. This class will be held outdoors if weather allows.

Meet your instructor: Robin Fencel
Robin Fencel is a 500hr RYT that has been teaching yoga since 2010, assisting in 200hr yoga teacher trainings, and leading community outreach programs. She completed her 500hr RYT at Sid Yoga. Currently she leads Power Vinyasa, FloYo, and Pilates Barre classes. Robin is the Philadelphia Ambassador for Arrow Yoga, creating local community events. She is based out of the Baltimore and Philadelphia areas. In Baltimore, you can find her on the water at B’More Sup and on the mat at M•Power Yoga Studio. Robin creatively mixes an invigorating physical asana practice with teachings on inward-focused empowerment.
