Lace up your sneakers and join Sheppard Pratt Health System for the 4th Annual Stride, a chip-timed 5K and 1-mile walk. The Stride takes place on Saturday, October 14th at Sheppard Pratt’s Towson Campus. All net proceeds fund the life-changing mental health, special education, substance use, and social services programs Sheppard Pratt provides across the state of Maryland.

5K Registration - Early Bird Rate: $30.00
After August 11, the standard rate of $35 will apply. 5K participants under the age of 18 will use this registration and must be accompanied by a registered adult. Event t-shirt is guaranteed if registration is received by September 21.
Adult Walk Registration - Early Bird Rate: $20.00
After August 11, the standard rate of $25 will apply. Walk participants ages 16 and older will use this registration. Event t-shirt is guaranteed if registration is received by September 21.
Child Walk Registration - Youth T-shirt: $10.00
Walk participants ages 15 and under will use this registration. Registration includes a YOUTH t-shirt and is guaranteed if registration is received by September 21. Youth sizes are recommended for children 9 and under.
Child Walk Registration - Adult T-shirt: $10.00
Walk participants ages 15 and under will use this registration. Registration includes an ADULT t-shirt and is guaranteed if registration is received by September 21. Adult sizes are recommended for children 10 and up.

5K packets, Stride shirts, and fundraising prizes can be collected the morning of the Stride, or on October 11 or 12.

Take it one more step! Raise money individually or empower a team to raise funds and awareness. In previous years, funds raised from the Stride have provided gardening tools for the horticulture program at The Forbush School at Glyndon, celebrations like prom for the Mann Residential Treatment Center, and arts and craft supplies for art therapy programming in The Trauma Disorders Program.
The individual raising the most money will receive: One night complimentary stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Baltimore’s premier, luxury waterfront hotel, with brunch for two at Wit & Wisdom restaurant, a 2017 OpenTable Diner’s Choice Award Winner.

Team Prize ($1,000.00+):
Teams who raise a cumulative total of $1,000 by September 21 will receive team rally towels.
The top fundraising team will receive a special celebration with Sheppard Pratt's President and CEO, Dr. Harsh K. Trivedi.
