Join us in Timonium for a great cross-training opportunity for runners: a one hour barre class with Certified Integrative Health Coach and Barre Instructor, Tina Milnes. Barre is a fun way to strengthen and tone your smaller muscles to complement the larger muscles you utilize when you run. It also helps to prevent injury, works your core and makes you feel empowered!
Wear comfortable workout clothes and come ready to sweat during this total body workout. Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you.
