Enjoy a FREE group run to Fort McHenry from the Baltimore store every Friday. Route sheets will be provided for a 3-4 mile run and there will be pit stops along the way for core exercises such as planks, push-ups, lunges and squats. Not feeling the strengthening stops? Join us for just the run! Strollers are welcome.
