The 5K Offers a great course through National Harbor and entry to Das Best Oktoberfest for the day.
The 1 Mile Beer Run Offers a leisurely stroll that goes on for one mile. At each quarter mile, runners can chug a beer. Finish the mile and then join in at the Das Best Oktoberfest.
Entry Fee: $59
Includes: Entry into the race, Souvenir T-Shirt, Souvenir Mug, VIP Entry into Das Best Oktoberfest
**Online registration will close at midnight on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 or when race capacity has been met. Only 1,500 runners will be able to register!
There are no refunds of entry given or transfers of entry permitted for this event.
Pre-Race Packet Pick-up:
Friday 9/22 from 2PM - 7PM at the Event Entrance The Plateau at National Harbor
Race Day Packet Pickup:
10am at the Event Entrance The Plateau at National Harbor.
NOTE: If you wish for someone else to pick up your packet for you, they must present a written note of permission from you.

11:35am Beer Mile Starts
Noon: Das Best Oktoberfest Opens
with Great Dj's and your favorite Bands and … BEER GAMES
6:00pm : Home for a Nap (last call 5:40)
This is a 21+ only event. Nobody under the age of 21 is allowed, including kids and babies.
Male sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and female sizing (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). Please specify on your registration whether you would like a men's or women's shirt. SHIRTS ONLY GUARENTEED FOR THE FIRST 1200 RUNNERS WHO REGISTER.
Cash awards to the top two men and women in the 5K division. Costume awards will be also awarded
"NO CHIP, NO TIME, NO AWARD"

Live music and awards will be hosted by the Das Best Oktoberfest on the main stage at National Harbor, MD. All runners 21 & Over WILL need proper identification to drink.
The Spirit of Hope Children’s Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 organization formed and operated for the purpose of providing supper and promoting education for children and adults with a mental and physical disability.
Strollers are permitted on the course, however we ask that for safety reasons you line up at the back of the pack. NO DOGS ALLOWED. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your race number to another participant. A water station will be available mid-course and at the finish line.
