Join us for our first training run on September 17 in preparation for the Across the Bay 10K in November! Learn about our 10K training program with an information session and then enjoy a supported 2-3 mile group run. Sessions will start at 7:30am and will be held at the Annapolis, Baltimore, Bel Air and Columbia stores. All runners interested in training for the Across the Bay 10K are welcome to participate, regardless of if you are registered for the program or not.
Breakfast will be provided after the run. In addition, all participants will be entered for the chance to win a free race entry to the Across the Bay 10K.

About Across the Bay 10K Official Training Group
We're so excited to be the Official Training Program for the 2016 Across the Bay 10K! Train with us, then take in the scenery as you run over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on November 6th!
This 8-week program is designed for beginner- and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Meet with a trainer twice a week for group runs and speed work and follow the race-prep calendar and you’ll be ready to run by race day.
