Free to Breathe Fun Run & Yoga

Run at 8:00am, Yoga at 9:00am

We are so excited to be teaming up with Free to Breathe's Yogathon in Baltimore and hosting a fun run and yoga on August 20th! Join us at our Baltimore store or VITA for a 3-5 mile group run at 8:00 am and then enjoy yoga at 9:00 am.

This is a donation based event. All proceeds will go directly to the Baltimore Free to Breathe Challenge.

Kate Manchester

Yoga instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and lifelong health enthusiast, Kate lives by the mantra “Don’t just live…thrive.” She is passionate about living a healthy life and balances her daily regime with good eats, movement, and self-discovery. Kate is based out of Baltimore, MD where she is a facilitator for red lila yoga teacher training and leads classes at M.Power Yoga Studio, and Bare Hills Racquet and Fitness Club.

About Inaugural Baltimore Free to Breathe 8-hour Yoga Challenge

Challenge yourself in this all day, outdoor, one-of-a-kind team yoga experience and raise funds to help change the future of lung cancer. Teams of up to 8 members will participate in up to 8 hours of varied-intensity, instructor-led yoga. A variety of wellness experiences and other activities will round out a full day of yoga, community and fun, all to help double lung cancer survival.
