Hi! My name is Kelly Albright. I enjoy working with people and helping them to develop the tools to live a healthy and great life! I enjoy helping people have a healthy relationship not only to food but to themselves. It is my belief that the scale is not an accurate measure of your self-worth. Life is not about living some controlled and perfect way. It’s about progress and showing up fully for the things that are important to us. When working with people my goal is to develop a program that meets their needs and establishes realistic goals. Real change requires a desire to change. When you have the right motivation and tools, you can show up fully for life!
