Tanya obtained her B.A. in Dance from the University of Maryland. She is an ACE and NCCPT certified personal trainer and is also Pilates and Barre certified. Tanya has a diverse range of teaching skills and enjoys combining techniques for the best results. She is known for her intense, yet precise, training style and getting the most physical fitness from her students. She actively participates in several physical activities including kayaking, rock climbing, volleyball, and running. While pursuing her degree Tanya also specialized in motor development, movement analysis, and alignment studies. By combining this with her experiences as an INLINE trainer, she is able to help clients and students dealing with limitations or who need post-rehabilitation exercise.
