A note from Rachel about Rachel’s Nourishing Kitchen:

After dealing with years of childhood illnesses and nearly a decade of acid reflux, I’ve learned that food is fueling, nourishing, energizing and healing.

I share what I’ve learned about how to eat in a way that tastes good and makes us feel good without using dairy, gluten or refined sugar.

In addition to sharing dozens of recipes, each week I post two videos sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned about how to make eating well easier and more fun. It’ll be something you WANT to do instead of something you “have” to do.

I’m also passionate about giving you hope and inspiration to feel your best and “go for it,” so you can truly come alive, so I share lessons learned along my journey about how to do that. I’m a big advocate of the integrative health and functional medicine movement and have healed my body under the guidance of health care providers who look at the body as an integrated SYSTEM rather than band-aiding a bunch of SYMPTOMS.

We can heal and be well. It starts in the kitchen, a place of connection, community and comfort.

Welcome to my nourishing kitchen!
