A Thanksgiving Tradition

For over twenty years, families, friends, businesses, dogs and strollers have come together Thanksgiving morning to run for a great cause - The Y's Give Every Child a Chance campaign. It's a healthy family-fun event on an important American holiday, dedicated to giving back to the community.


ENTRY FEES

Adults (18 and over): $35

Youth (7-17): $17.50

Kids (7 and under): Free

Dogs: $15*

*Those that register will receive a Turkey Trot dog bandanna! Dog do not have to register to particpate

T-shirts are not guaranteed for those who do not pre-register.

There are no refunds of entry given or transfers of entry permitted for this event.

We strongly encourage you to pick up your packets in advance as lines on Thanksgiving morning can be long.

Course


PARKING

Parking is available at the Courtland Street Garage, Harford Mutual and anywhere else in town that is NOT on the race course.


AWARDS

Medals will be awarded to the top three runners in each age group! Fundraising prizes will be awarded in the weeks following the event.


RESULTS

This is a chip-timed event.  Results will be posted online at CharmCityRun.com.


BENEFICIARY

A portion of your registration fee and all donations benefit The Y in Central Maryland, a charitable organization, which supports children in need across the region. Please read more about our cause HERE.


EVENT GUIDELINES

Strollers are permitted on the course; however, we ask that for safety reasons you line up at the back of the pack. We also ask that dogs who attend: are well socialized, are on leash at all times, and line up at the back of the pack.
