Meditation for Runners

Meditation for Runners will teach breathing techniques to utilize less energy when you run, decrease stress, and relax muscles. This class will be taught by Jason Williams, former Division III 1st Team Track & Field Athlete and Wellness Coach with 13 years in the health and fitness industry.
