2012 Kelly St. Patrick's Day Shamrock 5K Training Program (Bel Air)

Official Brooks training program for the Kelly St. Patty's Day Shamrock 5K.  This is a great first 5K as well as a good event to improve on previous 5K times.  We will take those who have never run before to 5K success and help folks that have run one or several 5Ks improve upon previous times and break through previous plateaus.
