  • Part of our Run Happy Revolution program with an optional Brooks shoe package
  • Starts September 16th
  • 6 week program
  • Meets twice a week

Train for the half

  • Starts July 15th
  • 15 week program
  • Meets twice a week
 

train for the relay

  • Join our Across the Bay 10K group training for a similar distance.
  • Starts September 16th
  • 8 week program (6 weeks leading up to the Baltimore Running Festival)
  • Meets twice a week
