Word on the Street
"My last 10K was 30 years ago. I am thrilled to have run the bridge [Across the Bay 10K]. Thanks to the training program I enjoy running and hope to run a 5 and 10 miler within the next 6 months. Training made it possible for me to stay focused and improve weekly." - 10K Training Group Runner
"I love watching people accomplish the goals they set forth. My job as a coach is to push my runners safely out of their comfort zone and create a sense of community with everyone in the group supporting each other. " - Coach Dawn
"The coach, Heather, was supportive and inspired me to stay committed to the training. I could have easily stopped my training because of work conflicts, but I didn't in large part because of the weekly workout schedules and the motivational quotes that were emailed out. Great coaching is what made me stick with the training." - 10K Training Group Runner
